Tourist tax in supplement. Deposit of 500 € will be requested upon arrival in addition to the balance of the lease. This deposit will be refunded upon departure or 2 months after deduction of damage, loss of purpose, litigation, nuisance ... . The tenant shall enjoy the premises in good father and a peaceful way.
