Prices include all costs with a fixed power of 230 kWh/day from November 1 to Mars 31 and 150kWh/day from April, May , September, October, et 100kWh/day on July and August (These packages have been established in the worries of a respectful use of the environment). Tourist tax in supplement. Deposit of 500 € will be requested upon arrival in addition to the balance of the lease. This deposit will be refunded upon departure or 2 months after deduction of damage, loss of purpose, litigation, nuisance ... . The tenant shall enjoy the premises in good father and a peaceful way. A 30% deposit is required upon booking.
